“ travelling from the UK and without a card ,Path made sure that I was able to pay via Apple Pay and get some last-minute tickets to the show. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was facilitated. Path needs a bonus, and promotion. ”
“ First time at the Irvine Improv. Came to see Alfred Robles, everything was well organized from the line to get in to the check in to being seated. Staff were friendly at all times. Drinks were good, everything is contactless when it comes to ordering food and drinks. Restrooms were clean. ”
“ My man took me here for Alfred Robles and we had a great time! From David who helped us get the seats we were looking for (bar top is the best) to Gary who was so attentive and on it with service. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I definitely will be coming back! ”
“ I went to watch Nurse John during one of his early shows (we attended the 7 PM performance). The venue has a nice atmosphere, with intimate and chill vibes that make for a great night out. The staff was friendly, but the fast-paced environment made the ordering system a bit confusing, especially for first-timers like us. We were seated promptly but checked on after placing our orders, which took us a while. The explanations about the food credit system were still a bit unclear even after multiple attempts to clarify. The food was okay. I did enjoy the mason jar desserts, though. We scored the first row of booths in the front middle, which offered a fantastic view of the stage. Nurse John put on a great show, keeping everyone laughing throughout the performance. However, once the show ended, we felt rushed to clear out for the next crowd. Overall, a solid experience. ”
“ Came to see nurse John Honestly loved it. Our sever was really nice very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was decent. The nachos were just a little bit too much. There was so much going on which it became so soggy. The fried pickles were delicious. Honestly my favorite thing. The drinks were good very strong. But a bit pricey. Super clean and well organized. ”
“ Friday night out with the girls. We are all in medical field nice Comedy show with "Nurse John ". The place is nice. We are seated in front of the stage. Wow. We ordered drinks and cocktails. The drinks we ordered had to go back twice because the Mojito has no alcohol. Lots of ice and tasted like water. The Lychee cocktail has little alcohol for the price we paid the bartender not do good in balancing alcohol and water . He is so thrifty . The fried pickled is good . The attendant Barbara is great. Overall we will have a great time even though the drinks are not so good ”
“ I had previously given Irvine Improv a 4/5 star review, but after a recent visit to watch Russell Peters perform, I feel compelled to share an updated experience that truly highlights the exceptional service provided by their staff. After the show, my husband and I were on our way home when he realized he had accidentally left his Prada sunglasses on the table. I immediately called the Improv, leaving a voicemail in the hopes that the sunglasses might be found, though I wasn't overly optimistic. To my delight and surprise, I woke up the next morning to a voicemail from one of the staff members, informing me that they had found the sunglasses and placed them on hold for me to pick up. This gesture was not only a relief but also a testament to the staff's dedication to treating their guests with respect and care. I have always appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the Irvine Improv team, and this incident has only deepened my regard for them. Thank you for ensuring that a potentially disappointing situation was turned into a positive experience. We will undoubtedly return for another enjoyable evening in the future. ”
